If you need help regarding Eson Pac's previous product range (cartons or leaflets) from our Swedish sites then all contact details are the same, except that everyone at Eson Pac can now be reached with the email address name.surname@esonpac.com instead of name.surname@esonpac.se.
If, on the other hand, you need help with labels or labelling equipment, you should know that Stralfors’ switchboard are no longer able to connect calls to our new telephones. You should instead use Eson Pac’s switchboard on +46 (0)340-600 900. However, the old customer service number +46 (0)20 455 110 remains.
The general email addresses sis@stralfors.com, sis.industrial@stralfors.com and sis.healthcare@stralfors.com etc. are replaced by sis@esonpac.com, sis.industrial@esonpac.com and sis.healthcare@esonpac.com.
Eson Pac's previous general e-mail address info@esonpac.se has now become info@esonpac.com instead. You can always use this address if you feel uncertain of which customer service unit to contact.
All employees who used to work for Stralfors Identification Solutions have a new fixed telephone line and name.surname@esonpac.com as email address. The Eson Pac switchboard has an automatic name search function enabling you to reach a particular person without knowing a specific number.

Eson Pac AB keeps the same company details as previously.
Following Eson Pac's acquisition, Stralfors Identification Solutions in Sweden changed its name to Eson Pac Sweden AB on 23 November 2011. However, the organisation number 556692-2422 and VAT number SE556692242201 has remained the same.
Furthermore, the new Eson Pac Sweden AB changed banks to Nordea but kept bankgiro number 672-2276 so all payments from Sweden are unaffected. Payments from outside of Sweden should now however be made to IBAN SE41 9500 0099 6026 0076 1528 and SWIFT code NDEASESS.
